They were able to substitute a room for us. It is a very convenient to stop on our way to Florida.
Room was reserved through Booked.net but they did not have our reservation. Fortunately they did have an available room for us.

Clean and well priced hotel with impressive rooms. Nice staff and altogether a great experience. Great location next to the railroad track, good pool. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Richmond Hill.

Some of the towels not clean. No bag for dirty laundry. Parking lot & surrounding businesses not clean, lot of litter. Other customers smoking right outside my non smoking room.

Nothing!!!
Very dirty and unkept. Needs updating. Everything about this place was negative. The area was bad. Toilet wasn't clean and sink area was gross. Didn't feel comfortable in this place at all. I wouldn't pay $10 to stay at this place again.
